The website, our terms and policies, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with our products and services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Amicable resolution first
If you have a concern, please write to us at hello@honco.in first. Both parties will try in good faith to resolve the matter through discussion within 30 days of the written notice before starting formal proceedings, except where urgent interim relief is needed.
Jurisdiction
Subject to the section above, the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the website, our terms and policies, or our products and services.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contract, including any right a consumer may have to approach a consumer commission or other forum under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Users outside India
The website is operated from India. If you access it or use our services from another country, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you there.
Severability and waiver
If any provision of our terms or policies is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect. A failure or delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
