Each product may publish its own privacy notice describing the data that product processes. Where it does, that notice applies to the product and prevails over this policy to the extent of any conflict.

Some products shown on this website are made and operated by Honco group companies. Those products are governed by the terms and policies of the company that operates them.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message.
• Account and usage details needed to provide a service you sign up for, such as login identifiers, settings and records of how the service is used.
• Billing details needed to process payments, such as invoices and transaction references. Card and bank details are handled by payment providers and are not stored by us unless stated otherwise.
• Technical details sent by your browser or device, such as IP address, device and browser type, and server logs.
• Information you choose to share when applying for a role with us.

We use personal data only for purposes that are lawful and connected to our relationship with you, including to:

• respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
• provide, maintain, support and improve our products and services;
• process payments and keep business and tax records;
• protect our systems, users and services, and prevent misuse;
• evaluate job applications;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where needed, with:

• service providers who process data on our behalf, such as hosting, email and payment providers, under appropriate obligations;
• Honco group companies, where needed to provide a service you use;
• authorities or other parties where required by law, or to protect rights, safety or property;
• a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition or restructuring, subject to this policy.

This website may use cookies or local storage that are necessary for it to function. Our products may use cookies or similar technologies as described in their own notices. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect how a website or service works.

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to:

• obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you;
• correct, complete or update your personal data;
• erase personal data that is no longer needed;
• withdraw consent you have given;
• nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity;
• raise a grievance about how your data is handled.

To make a request, write to hello@honco.in. We may need to verify your identity before acting on it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is available to you under applicable law.

Our service providers may process data in India or other countries. Where data is transferred outside India, we do so in accordance with applicable law.

Our website and services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, as required by law. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us.

Grievances about personal data or this policy can be sent to the Grievance Officer, Honco Pvt Ltd, at hello@honco.in with the subject line "Grievance". We will acknowledge and address grievances within the timelines required by applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
