Some products shown on this website are made and operated by Honco group companies. Those products are governed by the terms and policies of the company that operates them.

The website, the Honco name and logo, product names and marks, software, designs and content are owned by Honco or its licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you. You receive only the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use a service as permitted by its terms.

You keep ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the rights needed to host, process and display it solely to provide and support the service.

Paid services are charged as stated in the applicable plan, order form, invoice or agreement, together with applicable taxes. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund policy.

The website and our services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, app stores, payment providers or services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, the website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that they will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Honco’s total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid Honco for that service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Honco against claims, losses and costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a service, or content you provide, to the extent permitted by law.

You may stop using a service at any time. We may suspend or end your access to a service if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website or a service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
